Refund policy

Warranty: 

Items being returned under warranty need to be returned within the manufacturers warranty period.

Non-Warranty:

Items must be returned within 45 days, in original condition (NOT worn) with all tags and packaging intact, in sellable condition (without damage to the box), with the shipping costs borne by the customer. Sealed items must be unopened. Items can also be returned to our store. Once the items are inspected and confirmed to be in original unworn condition, the return will be processed as an Exchange or Refund.

Final Sale Items:

Products purchased on Final Sale may only be returned if they are faulty or if we supply the incorrect item. Returns are not available if it's the wrong size, not what you expected or you have changed your mind in any other way. Choose carefully, check sizing and research reviews with sizing advice for this product. These Final Sale items are sold extremely cheap, often below wholesale cost, and shipping, handling and other costs are unable to be absorbed.
