Version 2 was responsive with firmer foam, creating great stability for such a lightweight shoe, enabling runners to use it as a training or volume shoe. Version 3 feels a bit faster and is still very stable for a lightweight performance shoe, but some of that stability has reduced — which could cause knee, lower leg or ankle issues to creep back in with higher volume. This shoe is perfect for intermediate and beginner runners looking for a race or speed session shoe. More serious runners will still use it for decent amounts of volume as that difficult-to-find performance training shoe."
